- High standard of culinary services mix of Indonesia and strong in Western flavours
- Can handle a mixture of breakfast, a la carte and Meetings offerings while keeping menus fresh
- Manages and motivates the kitchen staff in order to offer a high standard of service to guests
- Follow standard food hygiene, safety and quality in the hotel based on standard HACCP
Skills & Experience
- Must have held role in a similar size Kitchen min for 2 years
- Possesses Leadership Skills
