Open position: Guest Service Agents
Major function:
Responsible for greeting and welcoming all guests and visitors to the Hotel, providing outstanding guest service to all guests, registering Hotel guests, exceeding guest expectations, handling billing accounts and being the first line of defence for all Hotel inquiries and issues.

- Good analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks consistent with business objectives.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent sales skills.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel, Industry related software desired.
- Must be fluent in English and local language.
- Must have excellent writing skills.
Experience, education and training:
- Graduate of a Hotel Management degree desired.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in the same position or strong track record in customer service in a hospitality setting for at least 2-years.
- Hotel or villa experience desired.
