Open position: Front Office Supervisor
Major function:
Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of your department with the goal of maximising guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Other duties include normal Front Office functions, communicating regularly with other departments to ensure overall operational efficiency throughout Bambu Indah, and being the first line of defence for potential problems that may arise.

- Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks consistent with business objectives.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and revenue management.
- High attention to detail.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel, Industry related software desired.
- Must be fluent in English and local language.
Experience, education and training:
- Graduate of a Hotel Management degree desired.
- Minimum of 2-year experience in the same position or strong track record as a Front Desk Agent or equivalent in a hospitality environment for at least 3-years.
- Hotel or villa experience desired.
