- Chief Engineering
- Assistant IT Manager
- Front Office Manager
- Chief Steward
Main Requirement:
- Proven 4 years experiences in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g., fax machines and printers).
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word (Front Office)
- Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management, and basic bookkeeping procedures (Front Office)
- Knowledge of project management, maintenance, and operations (Engineering)
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards (Engineering)
- Enterprise Software & IT Support (ERP, CRM, Helpdesk systems).(IT)
- Hardware & Software Troubleshooting.(IT)
- Experience with ITIL Frameworks (incident management, service management).(IT)
- Knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana).(IT)
- Knowledge of networking, server administration, and IT infrastructure.(IT)
