We invite individuals with luxury hospitality experience to apply for these positions:

1. Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the restaurant team, including chefs, waiters and other staff.
  • Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and meet high standards.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including ordering supplies, scheduling staff, and controlling costs.
  • Create a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Collaborate with other management teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications:
  • Education in hospitality or restaurant management.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a restaurant manager.
  • Experience working in a club or entertainment environment is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Good communication skills and customer oriented.

2. Bell Drivers

Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist guests with their luggage, both at check-in and check-out.
  • Operate vehicles safely and responsibly.
  • Understand and follow traffic safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle.
  • Collaborate with the front office team to ensure smooth service.
  • Ensure the quality of service in guest drop-off and pick-up is smooth and safe.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a similar position.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to drive a vehicle safely.
  • Ability to communicate well in Indonesian and English.
  • Physical ability to lift and move luggage.
  • Friendly, courteous, and professional

3. IT Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement and maintain reliable IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, software and security systems.
  • Ensure optimal performance of all IT systems, such as property management systems, POS, and public Wi-Fi networks.
  • Manage IT projects, such as internal application development, data migration, and system upgrades.
  • Lead the IT team, including providing training and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless technology integration.
  • Resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.

Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering or relevant.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on infrastructure.
  • In-depth knowledge of computer networks, operating systems, cybersecurity, and databases.
  • Experience in managing IT projects.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work in a dynamic environment.

4. Guest Service Agent

Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Perform guest check-in and check-out efficiently.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities and the surrounding area.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests quickly and effectively.
  • Address guest concerns and complaints with satisfactory solutions.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, front office, and restaurant teams to ensure smooth service.

Qualification:
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, especially in the front office.
  • Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in different shifts.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and hotel software.

5. Waiter/ss

Responsibilities:
  • Receive food and beverage orders from guests.
  • Serving food and beverages appropriately and efficiently.
  • Cleaning tables and work areas after use.
  • Provide food and beverage recommendations to guests.
  • Collaborate with bar and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a restaurant or cafe (preferred).
  • Ability to communicate well and friendly.
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
  • Willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

6. Chasier

Responsibilities:
  • Perform payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate the cash register properly.
  • Provide payment receipts to guests.
  • Maintain cash and credit card security.
  • Perform periodic cash counts.

Qualifications:
  • Experience working as a cashier (preferred).
  • Thorough, honest, and responsible.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Able to communicate well.
