Qualifications :

• Able to develop and implement departmental strategies to achieve company goals
• Manage the department budget and ensure efficient use of resources
• Supervise and manage the performance of the work team
• Build and maintain good relationships with other departments and external parties
• Evaluate department performance and identify areas of improvement
• Take strategic decisions to increase department efficiency and productivity
• Resolve problems and conflicts that may arise within the department
• Develop and implement training and development programs for team members
