Requirements :

• Has profesional experience in the same position minimun 1 year (1)
• Assisting with general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical & HVAC system (1)
• Counducting routine inspections & maintenance issues in a timly manner (1)
• Proven English both written and verbal
• Good personality, positive attitude highly motivated & a team player
• Eager to learn, honest, energetic, and good comunication skill
• Able to work immediately
