QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the wellness & retreat hotel
- Creativity and innovation in developing new wellness programs and initiatives.
- Up-to-date knowledge and expertise in the latest wellness trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Good networking skills with vendors, agents, and wellness communities, with an established database of contacts.
- Strong, bright & charming personality; analytical skills, strategic thinking and working by timeline
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English)
- Good computer literature
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
- Able to join immediately
