- Understanding & mastering cost & expense allocation.
- Understanding & mastering fixed asset grouping & depreciation.
- Proficient in understanding inventory flow.
- Proficient in one hotel management system.
- Capable of creating cost control reports.
2. Event Coordinator
General Requirement :
- Have experience in the same position (min. 1 year.)
- Experience in event planning or event coordination in a corporate environment (especially wedding event.)
- Experience working with colleagues in marketing communication and reservation.
- Excellent organizational, communication, negotiating and multitasking skills.
- Proven track record of creative, successful events.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a customer-service mindset.
- Established relationship with vendors.
