Front office/Guest Relation Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing personalized service to guests
- Having a deep knowledge of all amenities for guests
- Working with all departments (housekeeping, food services, etc.) to meet guests’ needs
- Meet guests when they arrive and getting them settled in their rooms (check in and check out)
- Anticipate guests’ needs by learning their preferences, allergies, dislikes, etc.
- Run errands for guests when necessary
- Recommend and arrange amenities for guests
- Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism and a pleasant demeanor
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Experience as a Front office or GRO or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Active English is a must
- Strong multi-tasking and excellent organizational skills
- Able to drive a car with licence
- Ability to adapt to a fluid environment
- Commitment to a high level of customer service and strict attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion
- Well knowledge about Bali and its tradition
