The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experiences:

• Ability to handle guest correspondences through emails and phone calls
• Experience in using Property Management System (PMS) will be beneficial
• Proficient English speaking and writing skills
• Positive and can-do attitude with eagerness to learn and strong teamworking
