Requirements for Human Resource Manager :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology,
- Business Administration, or related field required.
- Min 3-5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with
- the overall business strategy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & leadership skills
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
- Strategic thinking and problem solving abilities
- Able to join immediately
Requirements for Chief Accounting :
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, such as finance or business administration. Master’s degree in accounting or business administration preferred
- 3-5 Years of experience in Accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Must be familiar with VHP System
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis
- Management skills to eversee accounting teams and coordinate financial activities
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Able to join immediately
Requirements for Chief Engineering :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements for Graphic Designer & Social Media Creator :
- Proficiency in Canva, Capcut, Adobe Ilustrator including AI content generation tools (Bard, Chat GPT).
- Experience in managing social media content schedules and staying updated with best practices.
- Understanding of brand guidelines and ability to ensure consistency across all design materials.
- Strong documentation and organization abilities, including Google Photo/Drive proficiency.
- Collaboration skills for working with various departments and vendors.

Requirements for Cashier :
- Female, maximum 30 years old.
- Minimum SMK/SMA education.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and comprehension).
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent attitude and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High self-motivation and willingness to work
