We are offering an opportunity for energetic, loyal and honest young people to join our team for the following vacancies:

1. Senior Cook

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum two years of working experiences in the same field and understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedure.
• Excellent record of kitchen and staff management.
• Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions.
• Familiar with industry’s best practices
• Ability to work in a team or individual.
• English speaking applicants will be preferred
• Smart, charming, friendly and having sense of customer service
• Ability to join as soon as possible

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Help in the preparation and design of all foods and drinks menus.
• Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise.
• Ensure that the kitchen operates in timely way that meets our quality standards.
• Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situations.
• Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and asset staff’s performance
• Order suppliers to stock inventory appropriately
• Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.

1. Housekeeping Staff

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of proven experience working as a Housekeeping Staff or in a similar role
• Excellent organizational and team management skills
• Ability to handle heavy cleaning equipment
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Attention to details and the ability to multitask
• Able to work in a team or individual
• English speaking applicants will be preferred
• Able to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and cleaning the cleanliness of public areas and rooms
• Perform a combination of daily tasks and manage the supplies
• Establish and educate the housekeeping daily worker on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
• Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, MPC and Etc
• Participate in large cleaning projects as required
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
• Assign the housekeeping daily worker tasks and inspect the work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met
• Regularly take inventory of cleaning supplies and order stock as needed
