Amplitude is a skate and bike park located in Kerobokan, Bali in Indonesia. Since March 2016, Amplitude has provided an enormous pump track and bowl for skateboarding and bike riding. In February 2022, we expanded the F&B services that serves delicious food and beverages at Amplitude Coffee & Eatery in Patimura, Denpasar. We welcome everyone to enjoy our miniature fingerboard park while parents can relax in the restaurant while their kids learn new tricks, hang out with friends and family, share bonding moments, and race against each other on the fingerboard park.
Role Description
Amplitude Skate and Bike Park is seeking a full-time, on-site Manager on Duty (at Amplitude Coffee & Eatery). This role is for someone who is passionate about customer service and can manage and inspire staff in the fast-paced and exciting environment of a skate and bike park. The role will be based out of Bali, Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Management, preferably in customer service or food and beverage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to speak in English is essential to be able to communicate with our customers.
- A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Comfortable in managing cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) transactions
- Knowledge of brewing coffee, and experience in food preparation would be an added advantage
- Experience in staff management and training
- Good understanding of hygiene and safety practices in food handling and service
- Minimum High school or Vocational education diploma in hospitality or related fields, Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality management, Business Management or similar would be an added advantage.
