JOB SUMMARY
A Front Office Executive is responsible to greet and register guests, providing prompt and courteous service. Arrange the check-in and out, resolving guest challenges throughout their stay in our resort. Assigns rooms, accommodating special requests. Selling and providing information to prospective guests and incoming calls and emails, managing incoming bookings, verifying the payment method, and communicating the booking information to the rest of the team members. Administration and audit are also part of the daily tasks of this position.

Prerequisites:
  • Diploma degree with a minimum of two-year experience in a customer-oriented industry.
  • Able to access and accurately input information using Microsoft Excel and the booking system.
  • Good English skills but most importantly communicating with confidence.
  • Positive and willing to participate on a team and work with a winning attitude.
  • Familiar with Hotel Management Systems.
  • Able to effectively deal with internal and external guests that require high levels of patience and resolve conflicts.
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Professional manners in hospitality and guest service
  • Experience in cash and credit card handling
