  • Proven success in a similar role and resort environment mandatory
  • Candidates must be based in Bali and have superior command of English and Bahasa.

SOUS CHEF/KITCHEN CHEF
  1. A culinary all-rounder with strong leadership skills, able to guide and develop a small team
  2. Creative and hands-on individual, proficient in menu creation and presentation
  3. Keen eye for detail, maintains highest standards of cleanliness of all working areas
  4. Excellent communication and training competencies
  5. Passion for good food, local ingredients and a quality customer experience

HOUSEKEEPING (DW)
  1. Housekeeping/butler background experiences
  2. Good team player, able to work under minimal supervision
  3. Able to join immediately

Internships
  • Food & Beverage Trainee
  • Housekeeping Trainee
