- Proven minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions & Villa or Resort experience
- Able to speak English
- Ensure kitchen operates well with quality standard
- Manage and train kitchen staff, as well as working schedule
- Strong leadership skill, able to guide and develop small team
- Excellent communication and training competencies
2. Restaurant Manager
- Proven minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions & Villa or Resort experience.
- Strong interpersonal, management & organization skills.
- Good Communicator with strong motivational/leadership abilities.
- Guest service oriented, able to work in a team of talented professionals.
- Strong hospitality background.
- Dynamic & innovative with a passion for service
- Familiar with departmental budget planning, forecasting & cost control.
