Requirement :
- Willing to work honestly
- Open for local Indonesian nationality only
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Hospitality or related field
- Good command of English both written and spoken
- Familiar and expert with Power Pro Hotel System
- Minimum 2 (two) year experience in similar role and organization (1,2,3)
- Knowledge and experience using effective sales strategies (1,2)
- Creating business opportunities and retaining existing clients (1,2)
- Have a good knowledge about building maintenance and electric equipment (AC, Genset, Chiller, Kitchern Equipment, etc (3)
- Create and manage annual budget of MEP and civil (3)
- Demonstrated experience knowledge in the required disciplines
- Strong leadership skill and interpersonal skill
- Open minded, well organized and result oriented
- Dynamic, inspiring, and innovative
- Willing to be placed in Bali
- Available join immediately
