Position : Duty Manager
Department : Front Office

  1. Bachelor’s degree/Min D3 in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field ( prefered )
  2. Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills
  4. Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
  5. Ability to work effectively under pressure
  6. Flexibelity to workvarious shifts, including weekends and holidays

Position : Marcomm Executive
Department : Brand Development Department

  1. Bachelor’s degree/Min D3 in Marketing, Communication or related field
  2. At least2 years of experience in a marketing or communication role
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  4. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
  5. Ability to work independently and in a team envoronment
  6. Proactive and creative problem-solving skills
  7. Submitting portofolio
  8. Able to join immediately

Position : Engineering Supervisor
Department : Engineering

  1. Bachelor’s degree/Min D3 in Engineering or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in project management is highly desirable.
  3. In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and processes related to the spesific field
  4. Proven ability to lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure successful project execution
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team

Position : Guest Service Attendant
Department : Front Office

  1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
  2. Customer service experience preferred
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  5. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  6. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  7. Basic computer skills

Position : Guest Realtion Officer
Department : Front Office

  1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
  2. A bachelor’s degree/Diploma in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field is preferred
  3.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and andy additional
  4. languages are a plus
  5. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Ability to anticipate guest needs, handle complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction
  6. Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with guests and team members. Ability to work well in a team oriented environment
  7. Basic computer skills

Position : Mechanical Engineering ( Daily Worker )
Department : Engineering

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  2. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, materials and principles
  3. Good communication and problem solving skills
  4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  5. Able to join immediately

Position : Waiter/s ( Daily Worker )
Department : Food & Beverage

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work in a fast – paced environment
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving
  6. Good knowledge of food and beverage service
  7. Ability to work well in a team
  8. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  9. Can join immediately

Position : Concierge/Bell Driver ( Daily Worker )
Department : Front Office

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  3. Previous experience as a driver or chauffeur is preferred but not required
  4. Familiarity with local roads, traffic patterns, and popular destinations is a plus
  5. Excellent driving skills, with the ability to navigate through various weather and road conditions
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with gustes
  7. A possitive attitude, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Position : Cook Helper & Steward ( Daily Worker )
Department : Food & Beverage Product

Position : Pastry/Bakery ( Daily Worker )

Position : Material Storekeeper ( Daily Worker )
Department : Accounting & Finance

  1. High School diploma or equivalent qualification
  2. Proven work experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role is preferred
  3. Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills
  4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and handling materials
  5. Good physical stamina and the ability to handle heavy items or operate material handling equipment as required
  6. Willingnes to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

Position : Order Taker ( Daily Worker )
Department : Housekeeping

  1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  2. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  3. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and other team members
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  5. Attention to detail to accurately record and process guest orders
  6. Basic computer skills to operate order management systems and other relevant software
  7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  8. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  9. Professional and friendly demeanor when dealing with guests inquiries and requests
