Responsibilities:

Daily Worker Waiter/Waitress
- Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards
- Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures
- Establish production KPIs and conduct quality assessments
- Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
- Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
- Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
- Responsible for train and supervise staff
- Works with members of the team to ensure the project achieves business goals
- Identifies and resolve issues, complaints and inquiries
- Oversee the performance of all team members within the operational team
- Coordinate with other staff members in the company to ensure that all operations are running
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
Requirements:
- Fluent in written and verbal English communication
- Proven 3+ years of work experience as an operations Manager or similar role
- Experience in hospitality industry
- Knowledge of production projection
- Good knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Microsoft Excel in particular)
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Have a strong experience with high-volume quality service
- Possess a positive attitude and good team player
