1. FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

GENERAL REQUIREMENT

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in tourism
• Good communication in English both verbal and written
• Courteous, helpful, well groomed, honest, enthusiastic, creative, self-motivated
• A minimum of 1 year experienced in an at least 4 star hotels in the same position
• Having skill in managing menu, planning and organizing promotion & event
• Capability of Budgeting & Cost Control
• Strong in operational, team coaching and training

2. BANQUET SALES

GENERAL REQUIREMENT

• A minimum of 1 year working experience in a similar position
• Good communication in English both verbal and written
• Strong in MICE
• Target oriented and good team player
• Energetic, self-motivated, , optimistic, smart and hard worker

3. HOSTESS

GENERAL REQUIREMENT

• A minimum of 1 year working experience in a similar position
• Good communication in English both verbal and written
• Good communication skill and wide knowledge of FB service
• Pleasant personality and friendly
• Well groomed and charming
• Honest and high responsibility

4. GUEST SERVICE OFFICER (GSO) - DW
5. WAITER - DW

GENERAL REQUIREMENT for DW:

• Has 6 months working experienced as DW at the hotel
• Minimum Diploma in related education
• Has capability to communicate in English both oral and written
• Holding a driver license A (for GSO)
• Well groomed and friendly
• Honest, discipline and positive attitude

6. TRAINEE:

• Reservation
• Front Office
• FB Service
• FB Product
