The Engineers Bali is a Food and Beverage Management, it has 3 corporation among others; Meja Kitchen & Bar, Miura Pintxos Bar & Grill, Kinky Tiki Bar.
Is looking for;

1. Operation Manager
Requirement

• at least 2 year in the same position
• good communication skill and customer orientation
• understand cost control strategy
• understand kitchen management
• strong leadership
• Good Microsoft office skill
• hard workers

2. Executive Chef
Requirement

• at least 2 years in the same position
• strong in Asian cuisine and understand Western cuisine
• creative in developing menu
• good cost control skill
• experience in hotel buffet operations
• strong leadership and able to deliver the product effectively to staff
• good back office skill

3. Bar (Daily Worker)
Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
• At least have experience in Hospitality industry
• Good Perfomance and grooming
• Full-Time position(s) available.

4. Trainee in Food & Beverage

• FB. Service (preferable on May)
• FB Production (preferable on June)
