F&B Manager
General Requirements:
- Energetic, dynamic, professional with a positive attitude
- Has experience min. 1 year in the same position
- Has worked in a chain Hotel
- Familiar with Hotel Food Safety Management System (HFSMS)
- Good Managerial skills and leadership
- Computer literate: can follow up reports, loss and breakage, menus and recipes
- Bali domicile preferred
