Basic Qualifications :
- Relevant educational background with the position being applied.
- Good level of understanding and capable to write and communicate in English
- A minimum of 3-4 year experience in a similar position in Hotel or Villa Industry
- Smart grooming, hospitality oriented, Energetic, passionate, innovative, creative and professional attitude.
- Ability to lead, train, & motivate staff
