Chef de Partie
With Qualification :
- The kitchen supervisor able to supervises the activity of the kitchen area and assists the chef in controlling the day to day operations.
- The kitchen supervisor ( CDP ) should be able to open and close kitchen area, manage all kitchen staff, track food inventory, create daily stock control, conduct daily briefing in the absence Executive chef / manager/ or Sous chef.
- He/she has the knowledge and has received the training of steward, cook helper, and cook
- Initiative and think out of the box.
- Kitchen supervisor are expected to have the ability to train the new team members for each or those position.
- Min 1 years experience CDP position.
- experience with western food, Asian food and semi fine dining restaurant
- Highly committed, out going, energetic and positive attitude.
- Strong communication skill with other people
- Well groomed and presentable
- Ready to place at Jimbaran area.
