General Requirements:

  • Excellent command and understanding of English, both written (correspondent) and oral conversation.
  • Diploma III/ Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experienced on Sales & Marketing is a plus
  • Flexibility to work mobile
  • Retail and hospitality experience is a plus. Knowledge of Bali Tourism preferred 
  • Willing to learn and initiative with Good health record. 

General Role :
  • Assisting customer and client with booking, request, inquiries, and payment
  • Answering customer’s call & email in a timely manner
  • Identify and handling customer issues or complaints accurately to the satisfaction of customer
  • Maximise opportunities to sell up product and services
