SOUS CHEF
- At least 2 years of Sous Chef experience in fine dining restaurants or luxury hotels.
- Knowledge of banquets is a must.
- Must possess an excellent palate, be detail oriented, able to maintain consistency, able to manage multiple responsibilities, organization, accuracy and control in a high volume environment
- Must have a positive/pleasant attitude, be self motivated, enthusiastic and creative
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Culinary degree is a plus
- Know how to controlling costs, improving gross profit margins, and other departmental and financial targets
- Have a high responsibility, Good guest service skills & positive attitude
- Honest, hardworking, able to work individually and as a team.
- Leadership skill is a must.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Able join immediately.
