CHEF DE PARTIE (CDP)
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year’s of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Know how to controlling costs, improving gross profit margins, and other departmental and financial targets
- Have a high responsibility, Good guest service skills & positive attitude
- Honest, hardworking, able to work individually and as a team.
- Leadership skill is a must.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Able join immediately.
PURCHASING SUPERVISOR (MALE)
- Male max 30 years old.
- At least 2 year’s of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably within a hotel environment
- High enthusiasm, willing to work, able to work fast, effective & efficient
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Computer Skill : Microsoft Office
- Able to drive & have driving license (SIM A & SIM C)
- Have time management skill, and organization skills
- High-level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with supplier & Vendor
- Familiar with Visual Hotel Program (VHP)
- Able to join immediately
