- Educational background in related field - Diploma Degree.
- Min. 2 years experience as Department Head in medium scale operations or Asst.Department Head in large operations.
- Have an eye for details, Strong leadership and think 'without a box' i.e. creativity sans frontier.
- Display a confident and professional manner.
- Display flexibility and high energy levels.
- Show initiative and sense of Urgency.
- Result and quality driven individual.
