Assisting with all aspects of the diving operation, including (not limited to):
- Daily scheduling
- Maintenance of records
- Report preparation
- Stock level control
- Invoice control
- Monthly fee calculations
- Follow up on vehicle-, boat- and dive equipment maintenance
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational skills

- Creating cost calculations for proposed trips
- Communication with local vendors/agents (email and phone)
- Maintain agent contract rates

- Calculate commission
- Organise brochures and flyers to vendors every 3 months
- Handling International School enquiries & bookings
- Seek out new agents/vendors

- Reply to enquiries from overseas agents, groups and for Beyond Bali
- Creating, costing and booking custom designed packages
- Create Special Offer packages
- Client/agent liaison prior to trip commencement
- Keep bookings’ tracking record up-to-date
- Contact with clients when on-island to ensure smooth programme
- Assistance with telephone enquiries, walk-in guests
- Promotions to overseas agents/groups/Beyond Bali clients
- Promotion to new markets
- On-line listings for all other promotions
- Prepare layout and design for newsletters
- Maintaining Agent database
