MAIN OBJECTIVES: To assist the Head Chef in the kitchen operation and and help maintain high levels of service that consistently exceeds the expectations of our customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- At least 4 years working experience as Demi Chef De Partie or 2 years as Chef De Partie.
- Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
- Good leadership and communication skills
