OPERATIONAL MANAGER
- Operation manager reports to and works under the direction of the director operation and management.
- The primary function of Operation Manager is to ensure all Vessel and facilities are in top working condition to maximize customer experience, safety and revenue
- The secondary function of Operation Manager is to provide staff with human resources support and administrative support to director operation and management
- Primary administrative support task includes customer communication, staff training and technical support.
- The Operation Manager expected to provide supervision and support to all fleet, which includes having knowledge of all vessel procedures as well as having regular interaction with staff and Customer.
General Requirements :
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
- Hospitality & Tourism industry background
- Has Food and Beverage background is advantage
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Outgoing pleasant personality and good personal presentation
- Ability to supervise and oversee the work of others
- Ability to create and establish fleet policies and procedures
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping principle, reading invoices, receipt management
- Proficient in e-mail communications, Microsoft Office and POS system.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and confidence
