Admin Assistance Staff
Position Description :
Admin assistant staff main role is to overlook the data loading, consistently maintain the product competitiveness, reply inquiries, and assist the partner to use our extra net.
Position Responsibilities :
- To check the data competitiveness and ask the supplier for up-date as necessary
- for a faster loading, admin Staff shall whenever asked/required by the villa to assist the data loading and maintenance
- Actively propose alternative accommodation when the requested accommodation become not available.
- Always ready for new duties and assignment
Required Skills & Experience :
- Tourism or hospitality back ground
- Able to operate the extra net, training will be provided
- Proficiency in English
Required Personality :
- Intellectual, entrepreneurship, empathy in relationship, team player
- Action-oriented,
- Attention to details
- Ability to multi-task effectively
Relationship Management :
