- Graduated from bussiness school/hotel managements (min.D3)
- Having strong leadership , motivation & managerial skill
- Min. 3 years experience in similar position or having working in some entry-level position for more than 3 years in hospitality industry
- Having strong communication skill
- Good grooming & attitude
- Having knowledge in sales & marketing, accounting, computer system, and administration
