2. Butler/English Speaking 
3. Reservation Supervisor

General requirement :

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in reputable hotels and/or in a similar position 
• Have willingness to deliver personalized experience to guest, good behavior, positive attitude, dynamic, well presented and creative thinking 
• Loyal, honest, and gracious 
• Speaks, reads and writes Indonesian and English fluently 
• Strong communication skills, including negotiating and influencing skills. Has knowledge of current marketing trends. 
• Flexible and creative under pressure 
• Male/Female and age maximum 35 years old 
• Able to join as soon as possible

• Have knowledge and experience in FB, FO, and Housekeeping 
• Able to solve problems up to a certain limit and handle guests complaints 
• Service oriented
• Additional foreign language/s would be an advantage
