Sous Chef For Italian Restaurant

Main Responsibilities:
Provides assurance that daily operation of kitchen is well conducted by supervising Cook and Cook Assistant in cooking and preparing foods; assisting Chef in implementing menus.

Requirements:
  • Being dynamic, having positive ideas and high motivation
  • Good communication in English, spoken and written
  • Well comprehensive to operate all computer programs
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in 4 or 5 stars hotel or restaurant with similar position
  • Hotel school education background is a must
  • Strong motivation and willing to work as a team or individual with positive attitude
  • Dynamic & vibrant individual with excellent guest interaction & communication skills
  • Applicant must be willing to be placed in Bali
