Looking for Marketing assistant

We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Assistant to join the team. You will report to the Marketing and Communications Manager and be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of all internal and external marketing and communications activity for our group of brands. The marketing focus is predominantly online, and your main responsibilities will include:

Supporting the Marketing and Communications Manager with project management/coordination where required;

Supporting the Account Management and Business Development Department’s functions through the development of publicity materials, collateral and merchandise and promotional material relating to the business’ specialised services and products;

Integration across all online marketing aspects with a heavy focus on SEO, Paid media and Social Media.

Providing support for company news and announcements, marketing event calendars, quarterly newsletters, copywriting for the company Blog and SEO.

To be considered for this role you must have the following skills:
  • Previous experience of at least three years working in a Marketing or Communications position
  • Be technically proficient with MS Office and ideally experienced in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Knowledge of basic SEO and Google Adwords and other forms of online Marketing
  • Punctuality and Reliability 
  • Be able to speak, read and write English 
  • Data Entry and Excel Spreadsheet skills
  • Web Research
