Personal Assistant to Villa Owner/Manager at PONDOK IMAN VILLAS IN UBUD
SALARY: 2-3,000,000 per month (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
  • Support Manager in all duties, carrying out tasks delegated by Manager.
  • Providing administrative and clerical assistance in general & in the running of the Villas, answering enquiries, updating booking calendars, communicating with Villa & accounts staff, greeting & communicating with guests.
  • Giving reports directly to Manager.

Qualifications:
  • Preferable Female but Male also can be considered.
  • Minimum. 25 years old.
  • Min. D3 from Business Administration, Secretary, Management or any related field.
  • Have a high attention to detail and date line, multitasking and fast response.
  • Energetic, confident, hard worker, honest, discipline and high responsibility.
  • Creative, analytic and possess problem solving.
  • Good communication skill with all levels.
  • Excellent English (oral & written) is a must
  • Proficient to operate computer (Microsoft Office, Internet and email, excel)
  • Can join immediately
