The Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel is located next to the famous Kuta Beach. We have 168 rooms & Suites, Business center, SPA, GYM, Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge, Specialty Restaurant, Pool Bar, Room Service, Meeting Room, and an attractive and trendy bar on the Roof Top.

We are urgently required candidates to fill positions as below.

1. Revenue Manager

Job Specification
  • Implementing strategy to maximize the revenue, and ensuring its consistency within the Market (competition and sister hotels).
  • Ensuring precise forecast accuracy (+/- 5%), helping you to optimize the revenue of each hotel.
  • Deployment of hotel staff training, in order to ensure a consistent global understanding of RM concepts.
  • Ensure that all Accor Revenue Management processes are in place.
  • Active participation to budget definition and to business reviews hold by the hotel.
  • The position requires you to work closely with the General Manager, to who you will directly report to, in order to implement the right strategy for the hotel.
  • Ensure a close and continuous communication with the sales department to action on needs periods and to optimize high demand periods.
  • Challenge the sales department by analyzing the contracts performance.
  • Proposing long-term and short-term strategy, updating planning, quoting groups and alerts teams when market deviates from strategy 
  • Leading the revenue meeting.
  • Performing daily, weekly and monthly analysis.
  • Ensuring accuracy of the data collection at all times
  • Distribution channels optimization.

Job Profile
  • Good teamwork, result oriented, communication and negotiating skill
  • Hard worker and able to work under pressure
  • Hotel or Business school graduates – Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree (min. GPA 3.00)
  • Internship experiences, preferably hotel based working experience.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Mastery in excel and calculation
  • RM Dimension Certified or equivalent

2. Assistant Revenue Manager

Job Specification
  • Assist Revenue Manager to implement strategy to maximize the revenue, and ensure its consistency within the Market.
  • The position requires you to work closely with the General Manager and will report to him.
  • Proposing long-term and short-term strategy, updating planning, quoting groups and alerts teams when market deviates from strategy. 
  • Leading the revenue meeting.
  • Assist Revenue Manager to performing daily, weekly and monthly analysis.
  • Ensuring accuracy of the data collection at all times and distribution channels optimization.
  • Support online effort B to B and B to C.
  • Initiate monitoring and recommendation for hotel planning, pricing and forecast.
  • Set various required analysis on result and hotel performance.
  • Provide tracking for offers and regional campaigns.
  • Assist Revenue Manager to forecast.
  • Work closely with Sales Department to optimize revenue.

Job Profile
  • Good teamwork, result oriented, communication and negotiating skill
  • Hard worker and able to work under pressure
  • Hotel or Business school graduates 
  • Hotel working experience.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Good level of Excel
  • Revenue Campus/ RM Charter
