Key Responsibilities
- Monitors and supervises flow of service at the assigned station in the Restaurant
- Briefs personnel on preparations, service and content of menu items
- To ensure that the guests are made comfortable and kept informed of the status of their orders or estimated wait times and ensure their needs are met
- Monitor the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables
- Be able to answer questions and have thorough product knowledge of the menu and establishments policies and services
- Provide courteous & efficient customer service to guests
- Reports records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment to Superiors
Skills &Experience
- Ability to communicate in English
- Attention to details and comfortable in guest interaction
- Pleasant personality, enthusiastic, and has good people skills
- Experience in similar position for minimum 2 years is a must
