Now we are looking for dynamic young people and hotel professionals to join one of the Gili’s Island finest beach resort :

A fast growing hospitality property with operations in Gili Air seeks to appoint a:

1. Restaurant Manager
2. Guest Service Assistant
3. Gardener

Responsibilities:

• Reporting by weekly,monthly
• Oversee the general function in aspects of Restaurant Operational, processing invoices, cost control, inventory 
• Supervise and set directions to the Food and Beverage functions
• Responsible for daily operational restaurant, budget and financial control

Requirements:

• Must have experience manage international environment restaurant at least 2 years
• Possess strong Food and beverage skills, result oriented and good communication / interpersonal skills
• Organized, detailed and proactive; able to work independently in a complex and fast-paced environment; able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines when required
• Possess strong team spirit – a team player who is able to lead a team while working across cultures, building rapport and collaborative working relationships with all levels
• Able to join immediately really appreciated
• Willing to work in remote area (is a must)
• Experience for Reception at least 1 year in 3-4 star hotels environment
• Good English,good looking,team player,able to work under pressure
• Able to join immediately
