OPERATION MANAGER
Requirements :
- Indonesian male / female 35 – 40 years old. Hospitality Background.
- Have a minimum 2-3 years of the same position of Operations Manager Restaurant.
- Able to run and coordinate office operations, Floor and Retail
- Experience of companies Restaurant or F & B.
- Understand costing, Food cost, Review and cash flow controller (forecast and actual), budget control procedures and able to exercise control over the account and costs.
- Have knowledge and experience of SAP Business Development and Marketing.
- Strong analysis and problem solving
- Have a good personality, self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure with accuracy and commitment.
- Spirited leadership, critical, like challenges, good in communication skill and understand the traditions and culture in Bali
- Based in Bali
