Valued Guest Program (VGP staff)
Responsibilities :
- Maintaining effective communication and positive guest relations with all guests
- Effective public relations to build the loyalty of our valued return guests.
- Collect accurate guest data to grow The “Valued Guest Program” database to support marketing resource.
- Converting and growing direct bookings from the returned guests.
- Supporting and assisting Front Office and Sales Marketing & Reservation department.
Qualifications:
- Male/female max 27 years old.
- Min diploma degree majoring hotel management, English, PR, communication, marketing, or related field.
- Excellent English communication skill
- Good knowledge, skill, performance, & appearance.
- Min 1 year experience as Receptionist/GSA, Guest Relation, PR, or Reservation.
- Good personality and friendly.
