FRONT DESK CLERK
(Bali)

Responsibilities:
Front Desk Clerk will mostly work in the area of butler administrative task, handle all phone calls and dispatching all guests requests to the respective department or person. Front desk clerk also will have the opportunity to interact and assist guests directly in the lobby area and take charge to monitor lobby and assure it always in good shape.

Requirements:
  • · Male / Female (female preferred)
  • · Min.D3 from tourism or hospitality school
  • · Able to operate computer and hotel system is a must
  • · Have a pleasant personality & good interpersonal skill
  • · Have a good ability to work both as team or individual
  • · 1 year relevant working experience in hotel/villa
  • · English is a must and other language is an advantage
