Open position: Restaurant Supervisor
Major function:
Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Restaurant with the goal of maximising guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Other duties include normal Restaurant functions, communicating regularly with other departments to ensure overall operational efficiency throughout Bambu Indah, and being the first line of defence for potential problems that may arise.

- Good leadership skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks consistent with business objectives.
- High attention to detail.
- Must be fluent in English and local language.
- Strong sales skills.
- Experience, education and training:
- Graduate of a Hotel or Restaurant Management degree desired.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in the same position or strong track record as a Waiter or equivalent in a Restaurant for at least 2-years.
- Hotel or villa experience desired.
