PURCHASING ADMINISTRATOR
Purpose:Administrate and assist in purchasing activity for organization by working together with Purchasing Manager to source goods with best value, delivery dates and payment terms. Manage ordering and administrative duties of purchasing department.
Responsibilities:
- Review purchase requests and ensure authorization and compliance as necessary to facilitate the timely purchase of hotel supplies products.
- Build and develop relationships with key manufacturers/suppliers and customers in the hospitality industry to ensure highest possible profit margins
- Perform a market survey on our competitors’ prices, discount rates and products every quarter.
- Review quotations; negotiate prices, delivery terms with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 4years experience in an administration position
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia required
- Competence with VHP, MYOB system is preferred
- Indonesian citizens are preferred
