SOUS CHEF

Responsibilities:
- Sous Chef is responsible for production, creation and general management of the highest quality products, supervising the staff in efficient manner, strive to keep overtime to a minimum and maintain hygiene and safety standards as per company guidelines.
- Create a departmental culture of motivation, team spirit and creativity within team member daily basis.
Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Strong culinary experience in Western and Asian fare
- Self driven leadership to lead a small team
- Flexible as the kitchen team of a villa is small and all positions work closely as a team
- Creative- as all orders are Customized
- 2 years’ relevant working experience in hotel/villa·
- Related Training with the Job Description.
- Previous Banqueting experienced is a plus.
- English and other language is an advantage.
