Swiss-Belhotel International is currently looking for DIRECTOR OF SALES – BALI to join its team.
- The ideal candidates should possess the followings:
- Must be able to manage and achieve revenue generation on a group basis.
- Must be active in sales functions including sales calls, contracts and group negotiations.
- Must be able to manage sales target and recommend pro-active action to generate the business and revenues.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in leisure market segment and able to maximize its productivity.
- Good account management inbound/outbound tour operators and travel agents.
- Must be able to drive results by setting high performance standards and pursuing aggressive sales and achieving good results despite obstacles.
- Must be excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator.
- Able to demonstrate success and experience, managing major accounts customers and large contracts
- Has a good grasped of competitor hotels, regional market performances, trends and new opening hotels.
- Possess people –management skills and experience.
