Front Office Manager
The ideal candidate should be having below general qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience as FOM or Assistant FOM in 5 star hotels
- Great personality and positive attitud
- Excellent English both spoken and written
- Computer literate and familiar with PMS (Property Management System) such as Fidelio, Opera, VHP, MYOH
- Strong leadership (lead by example), tactical skills and result oriented
