1. Executive Chef
- familiar with boutique resort property operations
- creative, skillful, strong in costing and kitchen management
- knowing raw and organic food is preferable as additional point
2. Sous Chef
- good leadership and able to work in a busy kitchen
- minimum 3 years experience in same position
- understand about costing
3. Restaurant and Bar Manager
- minimum 3 years experience in same position at boutique resort property
- revenue oriented and able to manage F&B budget
- a good trainer, energic and creative to improve the services
